I am a squash coach and play tournaments regularly. I went to Shruti because I knew how much a good diet affects the performance on court. And Shruti delivered exactly what I was looking for. She understood each and every detail about what the day to day demands out of my body, and then designed a tailor made diet plan which suited my needs perfectly. In just a few weeks i noticed my body parameters improving, and hence I started feeling a stark difference in my energy levels and the way I was moving inside the squash court. Not only did she hand hold me over the entire duration of the plan, she also addressed my smallest concerns related to my fitness. She always made sure I'm physically ready before my important tournaments. Going to Shruti was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I'm so grateful to her for her guidance and mentoring me along my squash journey.

The nutrition plans by Shruti really helped me in weight management and the recipe shared by her were easy to follow. The focus was more on a holistic approach towards eating rather than a strict schedule which had to be followed. What I also liked is the fact that diet plans were constantly updated after every session based on what was working and what wasn't.
