It's my 7th month of face yoga with Pooja . I am really amazed to see the results ..not kidding. My eye sight also has improved and migraine attacks frequency has reduced. Skin quality has improved remarkably which I have not achived by doing chemical facials . God bless Pooja for being such a wonderful teacher. 🙏
