The offline Garbhasanskar session was truly enlightening, especially the way it filtered myths from facts. Many practices that had long been normalized were thoughtfully addressed, and I learned that some of them—like swaddling—are not necessarily required. The session also introduced valuable new information, such as the importance of delayed cord clamping, which was incredibly insightful. Overall, it was highly informative, interactive, and an amazing learning experience. I highly recommend expecting parents to visit Mom’s Expert Studio and attend their sessions.
