It was great experience in gt hospital hospital so Many time I listen government hospital not provided good facilities as compared to private hospital when I came in gt hospital for meniscus tears treatment orto Dr.suchit chavan sir explain me very nicely and clearly tell me the procedure of meniscus treatment and procedures of operation and on time he did my operation as he said date and on next day i feel good not even pain of sticing and most important is gt hospital staff also so kindly and OPD sister behaviour also friendly she provided all injection and medicine on time not even patient want to reminder to sister. They know all details about patient in opd and they want and need. And most important thing they maintain hygiene and keep ward need and clean. The doctors are very irresponsible. They gave me malaria medicine instead of giving antibiotics. The more manipulative part is all of them speak and look like sincere doctors. One of the interns was talking to a boyfriend in the verandah instead of attending to me. It is a very non-empathetic scenario. I wish we could find sincere doctors nearby. This is a hundred percent genuine review and if it helps at least a person to make the right choice I am relieved. This cannot be called just bad treatment but inhuman and terrible

If I compare this hospital with any private hospital in Mumbai, I can say they are definitely giving very good service to economically lower class. Huge number of patients visit this place daily. I believe it's not an easy task to manage so many patients with different background on daily basis. I have taken treatment from their orthopedic doctors. All the doctors were very good. The department head was the best doctor. There were trainee doctors as well. They have a digital x-ray machine which take very less time to make one x-ray. Nurse and peon were also helping in managing and guiding patients for the smooth functioning. Overall hygiene is maintained very well but the Toilets beside the billing counter was not up to the mark may be because the people using them are coming from a very bad areas.
The worst hospital. Even the attendant will fall sick looking at the unhygienic premises of the emergency wards. Staff don't attend you and you have to take your patient yourself to all the tests. The test centers are also at different ends. No proper diagnosis from the doctors as well. Don't ever go to this hospital. The staff literally yelled at us and did not even bother to care for the patient.
