I know this hospital since last 10 to 15 years and I know the services are excellent. My sister and many others relatives took treatment from Dr Vijaya Wakodkar. She has a true mother touch. She explains everything prior to treatment and at a very reasonable expense. In this respect you need to trust her expertise and follow the instructions. In this field I don't think any other doctor in the region can provide better service than her. The fact that she is so senior and has been running her clinic successfully since 35 years speaks massively about her dedication and hardwork. We highly recommend her.
There are many points which I want to highlight about wakodkar clinic: 1. If you are going through IVF treatment, doctor doesn't provide any bill or receipt and always asks to pay all the amount in form of cash. Not even share about egg pickup, embryo quality, and embryo transfer on paper. 2. Initially doctor and her staff will try to make you feel comfortable however when you start to going through the treatment you may become gossip topic for them. 3. Operation theatre is not well equipped and person who is responsible for anesthesia, is not at all well trained. 4. If pregnancy result is negative then doctor blames patient's age, hormone and other factors which doctor can tell the patients before treatment. Now these days we all are seeing postive reviews about such clinics because doctor asks to those couples who have positive results. Most of us hesitate to talk and share about our worst experience however I am trying. Please be careful people. Just to reply what Wakodkar clinic has mentioned, during my treatment the procedure and outcomes were communicated verbally not on paper and I ignored it because my focus was to get pregnant and have baby. Because of clinic's poor treatment and management, I was damaged physically, emotionally and financially. Also, please note that this review is specially for those couples who are looking for treatment from this clinic.
I’m sorry for late review. My sister got married in 2001 after wasting 15 years for a child they have listened about your clinic. In September 21st 2017 they have got their first ever child. Dr. Wakodkar is not just a doctor she is an angel who give smiles to many families. May God Bless You Ma’am.. Love from the Sahu Family..

One of the best doctors and hospitals I have ever experienced.The caring nature of Dr Vijaya Wakodkar Mam is highly appreciable.She listened to my problem very patiently.She is very compassionate.The behaviour of the staff is also very good.After visiting several doctors for more than a year,I got the solution of my problem here itself.
