Update May 2025: This centre is currently not accepting documents. March'25: Visited Star office to submit physical documents after having online approval. Unfortunately, the process is the same for those without online submission. There's no parking outside, and they don't allow parking inside even when space is available. The staff isn’t courteous or responsive, though they do get the job done. Only one counter handles document submissions. The person there is efficient but clearly overburdened.
Maximum time you will not get the claim amount… waste of money he.. best he koi or company ka plan lelo
Please dont buy star health policy its a scam they are making money by taking premium and at the time of any claim they show their hads up by other policies and dont by star health
Trying to run from one location to the next insearch of their physical office in Mumbai. The Malad West office address has a wrong map attached to it ,which gets you to Goregaon. Oh & by the way the Malad West physical office turned out to be the residence of Star health Insurance Agent for crying out loud....as I am typing this I am still in search of an office to go submit my documents..... absolute fraudsters these people at #starhealthinsurance are!!!!!!!!
