I have followed the December month for claiming but still I have not received the claim. And this employees are very bad experience no one serious works he was only pass and pass ( I am not concern person). Very bad experience for this insurance company.
Very bad experience with Heath india tpa will not recommed anyone to get heath claim from here..aslo customer care Shivam was very rude to me..instead of helping..saying your problem you speak to cmd who has rejected...no support from them...straight away they say go put case if rejected
Useless company no. 1 Claims take forever to be settled. And to make things worst, they don’t send the money / reimburse the claimed directly to the claimer but to the company of the claimer. Unprofessional insurance company.
As a doctor or an employee in this company. I really Had a very bad experience with this company. I was pregnant for two months and I was on a few days leave as my health condition was worst during early stage of my pregnancy. They asked me to resign for this reason and tortured a lot by calling each and every single day for their things like laptop and all to submit in the office with physical presence. Also after doing all the formalities they didn't pay my salary of last month. I tried a lot to get my salary but they didn't. Harrassing a woman during her pregnancy is nothing more than a crime also not paying an employee for their work and extra shifts. This is a very bad thing that's why giving this company a 1 star. And my advice for the people who are working here please always be alert and do not trust anyone here.

Despite having a valid policy, I was forced to bear significant medical expenses due to their constant delays, arbitrary claim reductions, and poor customer service.
