We have had a positive experience with Wadia Hospital over the past decade. However, our recent admission was disappointing. Despite being in a private ward (NH4), the quality of care and coordination did not meet expectations. We observed medication dosage mismatches for both the baby and the mother, unclear communication regarding the baby’s NICU admission, and limited explanations from doctors and staff. Billing transparency was also lacking, as cost details were not clearly explained when requested. After seeking treatment elsewhere, we were informed that there was no serious concern. We request the hospital administration to review staff coordination, communication, and overall patient care to prevent such experiences in the future
