I am very happy with the product. I had purchased the product with a double mind because of the price issue and assembling issue.. Kind of felt it was too costly. But trust me guys this product is amazing and the build Quality is also very good for the price. After receiving the product I was about to return the product as I had no idea how to function it properly although assembling was easy. But they Arranged a video call and helped me to fix the trouble I was facing it's working perfectly. I purchased it so that I can just calm the baby using the swing mode when I work. But in the recline mode. As the baby was full he literally slept so well. Again thanks to green bell for introducing such a great product. Also wanted to appreciate your WhatsApp service which guaranteed me the confidence to buy the product and keep the product.
I ordered a Frog scooty from Green bell and inspite of paying almost 500/- additional as the courier delivery charge..the scooty came broken as it wasn't packed properly and with no box or manual inside.. when I tried to contact Green bell people..they would not pick up the phone and no response to my messages...No one listens and no one speaks...Bad Customer service..Pathetic infact To your response... No one spoke to me...How many times I picked up their call and then called them back multiple times as well and no one picked up or even responded to my messages ...before I put this review up today
Bought this as a gift for my niece. She looks adorable in this gorgeous outfit and my sister LOVES it! I'm happy about this purchase. It is soft and well made. The customer service is excellent! I would highly recommend all to shop from Green Bell store😊
