Pathetic. The secretary of the firm wouldn't transfer the call. Because she said she has to arrange a conference call. A conference call is a three way call. The matter to be discussed was convening. A straight forward resale. This manerless firm staff. Had no answer to my questions why does she need to be on the call? Who is she! What about client confidentiality and privacy. When the firm itself can't understand the language and hang up! If lawyer want to extract money from customer service. This is just not the way. Horrific experience! Let this law firm go if the response is not adequate. We are also highly qualified and have common sense when deciding a lawyer.
