Dr Chirag Joisher - Chiropractor is one of the best is Mumbai. On my first visit to book and appointment I was asked to pay Rs. 500/- Only and in my 1st visit for my severe back ache which I was suffering since last 2 years, on examination I was required to have 4-5 sessions but on my 4th visit he said no more required to come. I was fully satisfied and not only that after my satisfaction I recommended to my couple of friends who were fully satisfied. I fill there is some one bias or his competitor who is trying to malign his reputation. Trust & Faith in Dr is very strong & important then believing in gossips.
Hi I visited Dr. Chirag Joisher first time for my husband's frozen shoulder treatment after seeing his videos on Instagram. In few weeks my husband shoulder got healed and now he is all fine. And after that I visited him for my shoulder pain for cervical spondylosis and vertigo. I got healed in few weeks after his treatment. He is good and friendly. Thank you Dr. Chirag.
I wish I could give no stars. I had booked the appointment by paying 1000 Rs in advance, and I couldn’t go on the scheduled day. As per their rules, we can cancel up to 2 hours before; I cancelled two days before. I followed up many times on WhatsApp for the cancellation and tried to contact support, but it didn’t work. After one month of follow-ups, they finally asked for payment confirmation. Then they asked for a payment receipt, which was supposed to be provided by them, even though the screenshot of the appointment clearly shows ‘1000 paid’ and ‘4000 balance post-treatment.’ They keep giving one reason or another not to issue a refund. Which clinic refuses to refund advance appointment money for a service that never even happened?
CAUTION CAUTION FAKE CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!! “I want to share my experience so others don’t end up in the same situation. I paid an advance fee of ₹1,000 to book an appointment with Dr. Chirag Joisher and tried to get the clinic’s Bangalore address. After giving my details, the person I was communicating with suddenly stopped responding and I could no longer reach them. I never received the address, confirmation, or any follow-up. This left me feeling misled and worried about the legitimacy of the setup. Please be extremely cautious about paying any advance fees until you have verified the clinic properly. I would strongly advise others to double-check everything before booking an appointment.”
