Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ The service at this clinic is extremely slow. The doctor takes nearly an hour for just one patient, making the wait time unbearable, especially for kids. Despite waiting patiently, they stopped us and prioritized others, claiming it was an emergency. If emergencies are so frequent, they should have an additional team of doctors to handle patients efficiently instead of making others wait endlessly. Very disappointing experience!
Just to write the names of medicine which we brought with us he charged us Rs. 1800 and he didn't even provide any solution to the pain of my kid. Instead he said I'm also confused, you visit some other doctor. A pediatrician is not able to provide a solution for a child but wants to charge full fees. Just fooling Very smartly they play with the emotions of parents and minting money.

4.) Careless: Nurses and sisters missed our scheduled nebuliser service at 3pm. we complained it to the Doctor she came and asked them did you'll give him the nap, they answered " Yes" and in the sheet where they keep the record for Nebuliser they have ticked it. On Tuesday we requested them to change the bedsheets as it is mandatory to change bedsheets every day to keep the place hygienic as it is a children's hospital but they refused to change instead they tried to sell us their diaper like bedsheets. When we asked them why they wouldn't change the bedsheets they gave us excuses like "Yesterday was Holi so the bedsheets didn't come from laundry" but it was a children's hospital bedsheets should be kept in buffer. It is a children’s hospital. Therefore, they should have a sanitiser at the front desk. Whenever our family members visited the hospital they always asked for a sanitiser at the front desk. Despite the excuses given, it is important to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety for the children, making the provision of a sanitiser at the front desk essential. However, the girl at the desk answered that we had ordered it. However, until the very last day they didn’t got the sanitiser. 5.) The worst: When we were fed up of everything, the mother of the child complained to a doctor about the staff. Hemashree Patil wasn't ready to listen to our concerns; she was talking about something else instead. During the conversation she told us something that we as a family will never forget. She replied, "Ki aap yeh hospital ke doctor ke tarafse nhi aaye ho na aap bhaarse aaye ho isiliye humlog jyada interfere nhi karte" the mother was shocked after listening to this and asked her to repeat her sentence but then she altered the wording for her sentence. It was heart breaking to hear this as we as a parent think that our child will be looked after by the doctors and the sisters in the hospital, at this time the child's fever was rising and the mother got the call of her husband to ask about the child as he wasn't in the city, the moment the mother turned to pickup the phone she said that you are behaving so rudely in front of me this shows that how you behave with the staff after hearing this we decided to change the hospital as soon as possible but in the end we stayed for one more day and got discharged as changing hospital was a big process. There is no doubt that the doctors here are some of the most experienced paediatricians in Mumbai, especially Dr. Pawan Surekha. You will be able to see how experienced he is by the way he speaks, but the staff is pathetic. They need to be trained.
