Had great experience with Pregno Bliss with their pregnocare 11 sessions class. Dr Mittal was great at explaining all the pre and post pregnancy care and how would we go through all the phases of our pregnancy. It is so good that they also have a partner session where they involve your spouses into this journey and it is whole new experience as well. Would recommend this call to all the expecting mothers.
I joined Pregnancy and fitness with Dr.Mittal thakkar. The workshop was very informative about common problems we face during pregnancy and nutritious diets. I have attended 4-5 sessions so far with Dr. Mittal. The information shared and the context provided to ensure that as a first time going to be mom, I neither panic or overthink and can understand the changes in my body has been the best part. In addition, she has a positive approach which helps, she is able to redirect and ensure you can think with a calm mind and analyse the changes with information at hand.
