I have attended 4-5 sessions so far with Dr. Mittal. The information shared and the context provided to ensure that as a first time going to be mom, I neither panic or overthink and can understand the changes in my body has been the best part. In addition, she has a positive approach which helps, she is able to redirect and ensure you can think with a calm mind and analyse the changes with information at hand. I would recommend these sessions with Dr. Mittal to any first time going to mother.
