I had such a wonderful experience renting my pre-wedding dress from here. The dress was absolutely beautiful, and I truly felt special wearing it. I also rented outfits for my family members, and everything had perfect fitting and looked amazing. What I appreciate the most is their kindness and support. Since we are not from Raipur, they made the entire process very comfortable for us — from selection to refund and returning the outfits. Their management and coordination were smooth and stress-free. Recently rented a nehru jacket from this place and it was really good. They have a great collection of wedding dress, although they could work on their rental prices, it's a bit on the higher side. Otherwise i highly recommend this place
Great collection of wedding wear for ladies and gents both. They also rent jewellery. The staff is very well behaved and cooperative. The owner lady is very sweet and accommodating. Our experience was quite pleasant. There is only one thing you need to be very careful about is when you write descriptions of your rented items on the bill. Remember to get everything written in the best possible description of things to be rented especially things like pants, tie, shirts which are generally not included with most wedding wears like sherwani. Same goes for women wear.
Kindly don't book any kind of customs here, the quality of the customs is so poor one can't even think of wearing it. I had ordered 3 gowns, it was in so terrible condition, it was dirty like hell and also holes were there in it . I had conveyed this to staffs but they were not ready to listen n was arguing. They were in so poor condition that we had ordered but couldn't wear it for the shoot from that u guys can imagine how bad it was. Staffs are also so rude and never ready to listen anything. So it's my kind request don't book any thing from here bcz it's for emotions and memories and they are playing with it. The worst ever experience. After my review they are telling they have shown me the customs through video call , seriously? when have you done that?? Can you show me the video call record or screen shot? if u have done then it muat be with you right?? They are the Liars and Scammers. Face the truth, oo u cant do that bcz u know whats the truth.
