Had a really good experience at Mukta Wellness Spa. Though located inside a corporate complex, the space is very well-maintained and has a calm, professional vibe. The staff were friendly, and my therapist checked on my comfort several times, which I truly appreciated. The only miss was that the steam wasn’t working due to a cut-off timing, and the therapist wasn’t informed beforehand. Otherwise, it’s a great place with a wide range of therapies—from affordable to premium—and they never force or oversell anything, which felt very welcoming. The herbal tea at the end was excellent!

Very disappointing experience and not worth the time or money. The night-shift front desk staff was inattentive and more focused on chatting with another customer while I was seeking help in choosing the right massage. When I asked a few basic questions, her response felt dismissive and unprofessional. The massage itself was underwhelming, and the therapist seemed disengaged. When I was leaving, no one acknowledged me, and although tea was being offered to other customers, it wasn’t offered to me. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and poorly managed. There are many great spas with kind staff and skilled masseuse. I had better massages for much cheaper. This felt such a rip off.
Great Service and atmosphere. Authentic spa with high standard of massage with great rooms and therapist. Took membership which is worth the price. Highly Recommended if you Want to relax and take a high level treatment and experience
