Pranava yoga class are the best classes for the beginners,as i experienced personally. When I joined the classes, i had stiff legs and knees and couldnt fold my legs and sit on the floor, but with the help of Geeta ma'am, i could do it with ease , after a few sessions. These sessions with her,have greatly improved my body flexibility and i am a much fitter person,thanks to her coaching.
