The tech was super patient with me, she actually tested the design on a separate nail first and only started once I was fully happy with the shade and the cat-eye effect. I kept asking for little tweaks and not once did she make me feel annoying or rushed. She was really calm, sweet, and made sure I felt relaxed the whole time. The final result is exactly what I wanted. The colour shifts beautifully, the finish looks so clean, and I genuinely can’t stop staring at my nails. Highly recommend them if you want people who listen and actually care about the details.
