I joined Yogasadhana classes in Feb '25. Though I've been practising different forms of exercises/cardio since years now, I must say that joining Yogasadhana classes was my best decision till date. There's a different trainer each day of the week which makes the entire process versatile and joyful as each trainer has a unique teaching style. The trainers pay attention to every member and provide constructive feedback. I can definitely feel an improvement in my upper body strength and can do every asana in a much better way than before. Definitely a go-to place for anyone who is interested in fitness!

I'm Alisha I joined YogaSadhana classes long back honestly, not by choice. My dad forced me because I was never into exercising or anything like that. But from Day 1, everything changed. My first session was with Navyug Sir and Kavita Ma'am, and oh my God it was SO relaxing and calming! The positive affirmations, the peaceful vibe, and at the same time, the energy they bring to every session just blew my mind. I never thought I’d say this, but yoga has now become a must in my daily routine. Since I started, I’ve noticed so many changes in myself I feel more energetic, more positive, and just… better! All the teachers at YogaSadhana are amazing so helpful, motivating, and fun to learn from. I genuinely love it and would recommend it to anyone, even those who think yoga isn’t for them (just like I used to)!

I joined yogsadhana three months before. I m so glad I found this centre. The yoga gurus here are awesome with indepth knowledge.My flexibility has improved a lot. I feel so good after every session and always waiting for the next . You can blindly join yogsadhana and see the results yourselves. Special thanks to Kavita mam and Himalay sir. Yogasadhana is a great place with very positive vibes, Kavita ma’am being the sweetest! It’s not just for the advance practitioners but also for beginners! They have excellent trainers and all of them are extremely kind and attentive towards all students. From providing modifications for poses to assisting students who find it hard to understand something, they do it all. Joining them was the best decision I took to kickstart my yoga journey 😊

A traditional and non-commercial yoga class, which is hard to find these days. The yoga teachers focus on each and every individual, being mindful of their health issues, if any. They focus on well being of mind and body both, in ways that help cope up with stress. I joined about a month ago after being diagnosed with certain health issues and I am already half way through in terms of betterment. I am thankful to Kavita Mam, she brings along a lot of positivity and warmth. Also thankful to Himalay Sir, Saurabh Sir and Rajiv Sir. All of them make sure you are comfortable, you understand the Asana’s and the logic/impact part of it. I feel blessed to have found Yogasadhana and I look forward to the sessions every time.
