With every session at Yogasadhana, I experience a sense of serenity, mindfulness and so much *JOY *..Kavita, my yoga guru inspires me everytime to come out of hard situations that are the toughest mentally! She has an immense serene n positive aura about her that very very few teachers have.. n I had been on a long voyage of searching one such teacher. I never wished to start this journey in some polished yoga studio full of props but a humble teacher who would understand what my body needs... for which I am super thankful to Kavita & I LOVE her! I am so grateful being Kavita's student. It was 3 years back when I first joined Yogasadhana, but couldn't continue. I wasn't keeping my health a priority. Now when I decided to take it on priority, I couldn't think of any other place than Yogasadhana. I love the way Kavita make you understand every yoga pose and it's benefits, even the difficult poses feel easy with her guidence. It's been two months, I felt my overthinking is reduced, I am more relaxed, I can feel the inch loss as I can fit in my old clothes. Yogasadhana is an incredibly great place filled with positive energy and calm vibes.The instructor are highly knowledgeable, professional and truly passionate about what they do.I really appreciate how they pay personal attention to every individual ensuring that each person's needs and concerns are carefully addressed. The session leaves me feeling refreshed,balanced and inspired. It is great place to deepen yoga practice in positive and supportive environment.
I joined Yogasadhana classes in Feb '25. Though I've been practising different forms of exercises/cardio since years now, I must say that joining Yogasadhana classes was my best decision till date. There's a different trainer each day of the week which makes the entire process versatile and joyful as each trainer has a unique teaching style. The trainers pay attention to every member and provide constructive feedback. I can definitely feel an improvement in my upper body strength and can do every asana in a much better way than before. Definitely a go-to place for anyone who is interested in fitness!
