Dr Shital have played a very motivating role by transforming my pregnancy journey from confusion to confidence. Myself being a doctor and this was my first pregnancy and was very excited but also nervous. Doing regular garbhasanskar class help me connecting me with my baby since early pregnancy through womb talk, meditation, inculcate healthy relationships between us, managing stress, build confidence for delivery and post delivery preparation like breast feeding- baby care-baby diet- mother diet etc. Madam keeps records of our pregnancy sonography and guides individuals according to it Practicing pregnancy yoga helped me in managing pregnancy symptoms, back ache, body ache. Breathing techniques and pranayama helped me a lot during my labour. Dr Shital mam is always motivating and guides us through out our pregnancy journey. She have created this class with perfect balance of ancient garbhasanskar practice with modern knowledge, tangible benefits. Always thankful to you Maam. This class is definitely recommended by me.

I recently attended the Garbh Sanskar workshop by Dr. Shital and it was an incredibly enriching experience. The sessions were beautifully designed to promote not just physical health during pregnancy, but also emotional and spiritual well-being. From guided meditations and music therapy to nutritional guidance and bonding techniques with the baby, every part of the workshop felt meaningful and purposeful. I joined the pregnancy yoga class during my third trimester, and it has been one of the best decisions I made! The breathing techniques and gentle stretches really helped me stay active and relaxed throughout my pregnancy. I had enrolled for Shital ma’am prenatal yoga during my pregnancy. I found it quite helpful as the class was designed so well starting with prayers , mediations and then to asnas with such variations in each session and ending with womb talk / breathing exercise. It helped me to be calm and positive through pregnancy. I really thank you Shital ma’am for all the support and guidance.
