Very worst company. Even the network hospitals not known about tie up arrangements. It always focus on rejection of reimbursement claim. If it is impossible to reject it takes at least six months for settlement. Please do not invest. Customers care no takes hours for taking calls. Suffering to the customer is objective of company. Even they not reply to the email. Please do not buy any policy.
Worst possible company in world. Don't even think to go for this. They are almost shut and will run away any day. I have call recording of waiting for more than 100 minutes. When you need it they are not there. It is worth zero star but unfortunately Google didn't thought that someone can have rating less than 1.
Very Pathetic. I called around 7:00 pm and msg kept on playing somebody will be with you for 20 mins. Then I looked at the website and show the time they will be answering calls was till 4:30. SO poor can't broadcast proper msg. Totally unprofessional lot.
very bad service, You cant reach them by phone call. very delayed in reply to email. very difficult to reach them, How they can solve the problems if they are not available on phone?
Hopeless and Pathetic Service. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care from last so many days but No response on the toll free number neither to the mails.
