Abhishek Sir's fitness and workout sessions are well structured and effective! He not only pushes us to reach our limits but also ensures we maintain perfect posture throughout each exercise. With his guidance, I can attempt the exercises which I thought were impossible for me.
My twins goes to this classes since few months. They are enjoying it. There are wide range of excercises and activities. They use different equipments to teach kids. Vaibhavair and Abhishek sir are very good trainer.
