She even sends you videos of stretches and exercises that will help alleviate your symptoms which I have never experienced with any other massage therapist! Dawn is amazing, I truly had the best massage ever. She took great care of me, releasing tension and targeting areas like my back and quads which needed a little more time to loosen up. I feel amazing and did not realize how much stress my body was holding onto. Afterward, she sent me videos of stretches and suggested daily things I can implement at home to work on before my next session with her. I am so grateful for her service, knowledge and professionalism. 10/10 recommend!
I had my first appointment with Dawn (that I've been eagerly waiting for) and she was absolutely incredible. She was super professional but also warm, welcoming and made you feel right at home. She knew exactly what my body needed and I left feeling so much lighter. She was intuitive, intentional and attentive. I also appreciated that after the session she provided me with resources, tips and exercises to use at home in between sessions, which goes to show how dedicated she is to her clientele's comprehensive wellness.
