Shweta was amazing with her guidance. Meal plans, links to products, daily monitoring, prompt responses to queries, she does it all. My muscle pains reduced, energy levels shot up , and ifelt an overall healing taking place. She has an in-depth knowledge of clean brands, nutritional value of food, even supported me in unravelling my reports. Thanks Shweta. The next leg of my back to health trip will be weightloss. I'll reconnect with her to take me through that arduous journey.

I started consulting Swetha during my third trimester of pregnancy.
