Overall Experience was very good. Doctors are very supportive and give proper response to the concerns. The nurses are very sweet and sincere, doing their job very well. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The only thing that bothered me a little that some staff from every shift came to our room and asking for money, and also weren't satisfied with what we were giving to them. this makes us uncomfortable. Anil sir's behaviour is very professional and was very helpfull. Dr. Akanksha mam was very sweet and supportive at every step.
We had a great experience. We booked the suite room and Anil ji was very kind to make the necessary adjustments as we had to change our dates last minute due to an emergency. The stay, facilities, nursing staff, cleaning staff, admins, managers and everything honestly was great. We had come from Bangalore and were not sure in the beginning but it turned out great. We got a homely atmosphere in the hospital and we stayed here for more than a week! We want to thank Neeraj Maam, Sameer Sir and the entire team for making the pregnancy journey seamless.
Wonderful experience out here in pahlajani hospital the care and service was excellent and feel like home atmosphere. We were alone managing throughout the process and during delivery. But never felt alone with support and service. Thank you pahlajani
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The gynecologist was unprofessional, judgemental, and made me feel uncomfortable. As an unmarried woman, I felt judged rather than supported. Dr Richa Agarwal's attitude reflected a very taboo-driven mindset, and the doctor was *not unmarried woman friendly* at all. My concerns were not explained properly, and instead of medical guidance, I was met with moral judgment. Unfortunately, my experience here was very bad. I would not recommend this doctor or this clinic to unmarried women seeking empathetic and professional gynecological care. Totally unprofessional 👎🏼 As if society is not enough to judge youuu. Very sad
