They offer a nice mix of mild, tangy, spicy varieties to tingle your taste buds. In terms of Quality, quantity & taste the food turned out amazing. Healthy, flavoursome & well balanced 👍 I loved the fact that healthy food doesn’t contain excess oil, flavours or artificial colours to enhance the dish. Baesic a comfort food delivery kitchen caught my attention on zomato as i feel in love with their food snaps. They looked too tempting and colourful so i give it a try. I called for a Chilli BBQ Chicken Bowl and Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Mousse The Chilli BBQ Chicken Bowl - A complete meal consisting of rice, confit chicken( a form of slow cooking chicken over hours to get the perfect tender) corn, red yellow bell pepers and some more veggies topped with barbeque sauce which was perfectly made and enhanced the taste of the whole bowl.This bowl was super yum healthy and filling. The bowl seem so well plated that i did not feel like digging in but once i did i could not stop my self from cleaning it up. Sea Salt Dark Chocalte Mousse - being crazy for dark chocolate i decided to give this desert a try but was not sure of the combo with Sea Salt but to my superise the flavours went so well. The mousse felt lite yet a couple of spoons and i could not indulge futher. The packing of the food is of very high qaulity and must say they have paid attention to all details from the tissues to spoons used to paper bag keeping in mind reusability of the items in their packing. Breakfast: Charred Tomatoes, Onions and Cheddar Cheese Omlette with sweet potatoes fries and Amaranth Flaxseed bread (GF) Lunch: Bibimbap, a Korean rice dish with vegetables, paneer, sesame soy sauce and a spicy cucumber salad Snacks: 70% Dark Chocolate Lava Cake (Sugar Free) Dinner: Dan Dan Noodles with Sesame Chilli Sauce and stir fried veggies These dishes were part of a low carb-high protein diet. Baesic is a brand with virtual kitchens with different names serving different cuisine. I ordered food from baesic SAMBAL CHICKEN WITH NOODLES- served in a bowl with sauteed broccoli, American corn, and bell peppers along with flat noodles and chicken in chilly garlic and oyster sauce. It was spicy with a hint of sweetness. Highly recommended!! CONFIT KOREAN CHICKEN IN PAV- Spicy shredded chicken along with chilly, garlic barbeque sauce and mayo with some peanuts topped on it filled in Pav with garlic mayo. Spicy MINI CHOCOLATE ALMOND COFFEE MOUSSE- dark chocolate cream in smooth texture with crushed almonds. It was scrumptious..must try. The food was amazing. Price-wise it's decent.
