I had the absolute pleasure of having Alla capture my baby Noah’s cake smash photos, and she did the most incredible job! 🤩 I genuinely teared up when I saw the edited pictures- they were that beautiful. She even surprised me with the most stunning keepsake box, complete with some printed photos, a USB copy, and a heartfelt handwritten note that made it all feel so special. From the moment we arrived and saw Noah’s name displayed at the entrance, everything about the experience was perfect. The shoot ran so smoothly- we were offered tea and coffee, kept updated throughout, and even got little sneak peeks of the photos as they were being taken. Every setup was gorgeous, and the attention to detail was just outstanding. I’ll be sharing some photos so you can see how lovely they turned out! And I have to say, Alla’s follow-up on WhatsApp was just the cherry on top. She sent all the edited photos in a downloadable version and as WhatsApp images too, which made it so easy to share them with family right away - such a thoughtful touch. We had newborn photos done on day 7 with Katerina + assistant Maricar and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease—she was incredibly gentle, patient, and clearly so experienced with newborns. They both wore protective gear to protect baby’s immune system which was a big stress relief for me. Watching how carefully and confidently she handled our baby made us trust her immediately. The photos are beautiful, but what really stood out was how safe and calm our baby was the entire time. Highly recommend to any new parents looking for someone truly trustworthy and professional.
We had such a wonderful experience with First Impressions. The quality of their work is truly excellent and the entire process was handled so professionally. From taking the castings and imprints of my baby’s tiny hands and feet to the final finishing, everything was done with great care and patience. Their customer service was also outstanding — they made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and were extremely gentle and careful while working with the baby. The final result is absolutely beautiful and something we will cherish forever. Capturing those tiny fingerprints, handprints, and little feet at such a precious stage of life is truly priceless.
