We brought this car for our daughter 2nd birthday but within 15 days it stopped working. After continuous following up with Punit shah I got the mechanic number. When he looked over he got to know the charger is of low voltage(6voltage) and this car require (12 voltage). First, he was not willing to help as he was busy travelling and 2nd we paid extra for the charger since it’s our fault and not his that he provided us with wrong charger. Very disappointed with the customer service and the way he dealt things. I just hoping now the car runs smoothly without any problem since we know from where we took won’t even consider to look into the matter reasonably. Please think before buying from here🙏
Bought a jumbo sized battery operated car for my kid. Quick response and delivery; however, 3 stars for the below: 1. Product packaging box was of some other car 2. Wire soldering was broken from 2 motors and there was no time to get it replaced as it was my kid's birthday the next day - Eventually ended up buying a new soldering machine at Rs. 350 and soldered the wires by myself 3. Didn't get to check the product as it was lockdown and the product was dispatched from the godown directly Overall happy with the quick response and delivery; however, advise to get the product thoroughly checked for any issues.
