Dr. Shagun has been with me right from the day I came home from the hospital, guiding me through every lactation concern with so much patience and warmth. Even now, 4 months postpartum, she continues to support me whenever I need her. She’s also my son’s pediatrician, and I love that her treatment style is very balanced—minimal medicines, only when absolutely required. That really puts my mind at ease as a new mom. What truly stands out is how prompt and accessible she is on phone. Just knowing she’s a call away brings so much comfort. So grateful for her care. Highly recommend her to all new parents!

The doctor was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our visit. She patiently answered almost all the questions from my wife and my in-laws. Since it was our first visit, we had many questions, but Dr. Shagun remained calm, explained everything clearly and technically, and did so with a warm smile. During the baby’s weighing, the baby accidentally peed on the weighing machine. Dr. Shagun handled the situation gracefully—she cleaned the machine herself using tissues, offered tissues to us, and reassured us to focus on the baby while she managed everything else.
