Dr. Shagun has been with me right from the day I came home from the hospital, guiding me through every lactation concern with so much patience and warmth. Even now, 4 months postpartum, she continues to support me whenever I need her. She’s also my son’s pediatrician, and I love that her treatment style is very balanced—minimal medicines, only when absolutely required. That really puts my mind at ease as a new mom. Dr Shagun is an exceptional doctor. We started consulting her when my baby was 7 months old. She always makes us feel very comfortable, listens carefully to our concerns, examines the baby thoroughly and explains the diagnosis and treatment plan patiently. It’s one thing to be a good doctor.. but it’s excellent combination to find such an excellent doctor in such a warm person!
