Masina Hospital deserves appreciation for having such outstanding doctors. A big thank you to Dr. Faisal Qureshi and Dr. Shubham Jain for their professionalism, kindness, and patient-centric approach who truly made a difficult experience much easier for me. They both deserve all 5 stars. Because of them, I felt heard, cared for, and safe. I was extremely stressed because my insurance claim was initially getting rejected and my bill had gone close to 1 Lakh. I was also on leave without pay, and the thought of additional room charges being added felt overwhelming. At a time when I was anxious and worried, Dr. Faisal Qureshi stepped in and handled everything with remarkable calmness, professionalism, and genuine concern. He patiently explained the situation, addressed every question with clarity, and took the time to guide and support me when I needed it the most. His confidence and reassuring nature were a huge relief. The billing and TPA team be thoroughly trained by Dr. Qureshi to create a patient- friendly environment at every hospital. Dr. Shubham Jain was equally supportive, attentive, and caring throughout my treatment. Both doctors showed exceptional medical knowledge, empathy, and dedication — the qualities every patient hopes to find in their healthcare providers.
My name is Ezaz Ahmad, and I am from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. In 2022, I underwent cancer surgery at Masina Hospital. Dr. Maqsood Ali Khan sir is nothing less than an angel. It truly feels as if Allah created him especially to save lives and help people in their most difficult times. Ilyaas sir also deserves deep respect for always showing patients the right path with honesty and care. The staff at Masina Hospital is incredibly supportive and compassionate. There is one nurse from the ICU whom I can never forget. She treated me with so much love and care during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. I still clearly remember the day I was supposed to be shifted from the ICU to my room after my operation. It was probably Dussehra, and the ambulance got stuck in heavy traffic. I had to be transferred from the ambulance to another building. All the staff had already left, but that nurse stayed back. She looked at me and said, “I will not leave until you are safely shifted.” In that moment, her words gave me strength, comfort, and hope. I will always carry her kindness in my heart, and I will forever be grateful to Masina Hospital and its staff for giving me not just treatment, but humanity and care when I needed it the most.
I’m writing this review with a broken heart. My mother-in-law is no longer with us, and I believe DR. SALMAN ALI SAYED (Nephrologist) at this hospital is responsible. He misdiagnosed her condition - or failed to diagnose it properly at all. Her health deteriorated rapidly under his care. What could have been treated became fatal because of medical negligence. We trusted this doctor with someone we loved. We believed he would help her. Instead, we lost her. The rushed appointments, the failure to listen to our concerns, the lack of proper and unnecessary testing - it all added up to a tragedy that didn’t have to happen. This hospital treated her like a SOURCE of REVENUE, not a HUMAN BEING fighting for her life. She’s gone now. Our family is shattered. And I have to live every day knowing that better care could have saved her. To anyone reading this: PLEASE get a second opinion. Ask questions. Demand answers. Don’t trust blindly like we did. If this review saves even one person from what we went through, then maybe her death won’t be completely meaningless. We will never get her back. Don’t let this happen to your family.
