The nurse are compassionate and alert to even slight changes in the patient's conditions, responsible and 100% oriented towards patient care. The Carefirst team is responsive to our requirements and does its best to provide us with timely and professional support and guidance.
Extremely Disappointed with CareFirst’s Service We were scheduled to have a caretaker arrive this morning at 9:00 AM, but no one showed up—and we were not even informed in advance. After following up, we were told by a representative named Sanchit that it’s difficult to arrange a 12-hour caretaker and that we should opt for a 24-hour one instead. This was not only frustrating but completely unprofessional, especially since this issue wasn’t communicated to us the day before. If this was going to be a problem, why didn’t anyone inform us earlier? The lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with patients who are relying on this service. It’s incredibly disheartening to see such poor management in a service meant to provide care and support. Please improve your internal coordination and understand the seriousness of what you offer. People are trusting you with the well-being of their loved ones. I strongly urge others to think twice before hiring this company based on our terrible experience.
