This would be the first' year for our kid with Birla Braniacs. The strategic planning of the academics is truly impressive. We had the opportunity to witness the live session videos. They seem to be promising in upbuilding our child's future. We hope our decision in selecting this online schooling materialises to its best. Ms Ojaswi Singh has been our point of contact right at the first step. She is excellent in her profile. Very cooperative, patient, understanding and skillfull are some of the qualities that were potrayed by her. Hoping for the best in this ongoing journey. I have been a student at Birla Brainiacs since grade 8, and it has been an incredible learning journey! The teachers are highly knowledgeable, patient, and make even the most complex topics easy to understand. The live classes are interactive, and the environment encourages curiosity and critical thinking. Over the years, I have seen a huge improvement in my understanding and confidence. I genuinely feel supported as a student, and I would highly recommend Birla Brainiacs to anyone looking for quality education and a nurturing learning space.
Very very poor orientation experience. This is the second time I tried to get in touch with them. Last year it totally was a fiascos with Miss Ojaswini. Again i called them and she was the point of contact, who apparently handles all the admission. I find her absolutely unqualified to deal with the very first step when you are considering the admission. She she talks to you like a sales person. She has no idea how to handle an academic conversation, how to share details on an academic process and is only selling and pitching in a hurry with half baked details. If this is the experience at the time of enquiry and trying and knowing the system, can you imagine what will happen when your child actually joins? It’ll be total chaos, and you will be left at the mercy of non academic or not qualified for this process dear parents, please be smart and choose wisely, and if Birlabrainiacs management is seeing this, please get more qualified people who actually know how to handle academic conversations and parents enquiries and not pure sales profiles.
My son is studying in 4th grade in Birla brainiacs. Classes are okay. The main problem is their sales team and their mis guidance to the parents. Ms Ojaswini is the sales person. She informed us that they can have batch c for cbsc curriculum and she send me screenshot to select books for the same. I paid 5k extra for books but when the classes started we came to know that only IG syllabus is available at that slot. When we check with the person in charge, he was like, you guys selected. They are cheating people for admission and misguiding parents and playing with kids future which Is not at all acceptable. I am attaching screenshot as well where she guided us. They can tell truth that only cbsc is in morning section then we won't opt for this school but they misguided us and make our money also wanted.
We have just enrolled our son to the institution and the enrollment services are made very easy with Ms. Ovashi being always helpful and supportive, explaining everything clearly. Thank you ma'am for all ur support and sharing all the details. 💖
