This was my first time consulting with Selfcare team - with Vaishali and Dr. Juhi and I had a great experience . It was a consultation for pregnancy diet and well being and I felt fully taken care of by both of them. They recommended a very easy ro follow diet plan with recipes and food choices to include in my diet to get in all the daily macros protein, fat etc but also kept my weight and other health parameters in check. They made sure I didn’t eat much sugar :) but also gave me good alternatives for my sugar cravings. I felt healthy, light and very active during my pregnancy thanks to their overall well-being approach. They also shared recipe books, yoga instructors and other health tips whenever I wanted them. I loved consulting with them and hoping to back to Selfcare very soon post my pregnancy.

I’ve had an amazing experience working with my nutritionist Purva and Dr Juhi - From the very beginning they has been incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely invested in my health goals. Her diet plans are not just about weight loss — they’re thoughtfully designed to make you feel lighter, healthier, and stronger, without feeling deprived or restricted. They customized my plan based on my habits, lifestyle, cravings, and preferences, which made it easy to follow. I never felt like I was on a diet. This is my first time working with Self Care. Suman Agarwal ji planed my diet after review of my lifestyle and medical reports. She does regular follow-ups and tweaks the diet to keep it easy and sustainable. I travel a lot for work, and team Self care is quick to adjust the diet for the new place and food options available I never thought one could never be hungry and yet be on a diet. My weight loss progress is steady and good. Special thanks to my coach Palak. She has excellent knowledge of the field and is great at explaining the science behind choices or tweaks. Palak is polite yet firm. Her regular follow ups keep me disciplined. Palak truly cares about helping me make a sustainable change to my lifestyle. Thank you Palak and team Self Care !!

My goal while looking for a nutritionist was to find someone who could support the development of a solid foundation for weight loss and overall health. Choosing Self Care by Suman has been a significant step in this process. Vishakha Shah from SelfCare provided exemplary professional support during my weight management journey. Having struggled with weight loss for several years due to PCOD, I greatly benefited from Vishakha’s expertise and knowledge throughout the program. I participated in a three-month plan at SelfCare, where I gained valuable insights into appropriate dietary choices and the effects of various foods on my body. Dr. Juhi also contributed important guidance, especially during times when weight remained constant. With consulting from overseas there were challenges with getting medications that would help with my wellbeing, but Vishakha made extra efforts to find suitable options available at local pharmacies. The plan itself offered both structure and flexibility, and thorough guidance was available at each stage. The approach required minimal modifications to existing cooking routines, making it feasible to achieve nutritional balance. I was able to adopt sustainable, healthy habits that significantly enhanced my overall well-being. In addition to successful weight loss, I experienced improvements in daily energy levels, sleep quality, reduction in cravings, and relief from bloating. Although there is still significant progress to be made, I am confident the strong foundation has enabled me to reach my target weight.
