Not at all satisfied with their service.I had given my car for claim and after 8 days of keeping my car in garage i was told there are multiple damages on my car so your claim is cancelled.So there after i wrote a mail to your company regarding this issue and after a month I was told that part claim is approved. My car was damaged from back and side part during accident but during the claim they only approved to repair only side part of my car which was totally unacceptable.Strongly do not recommended to buy their insurance policy.

Raheja QBE General Insurance Company Limited is a kind of fraud company. Instead of providing support to customers at the time of need they ask unnecessary & lots n lots of things from customer just to disallow or delay the claim. None of their representative or surveyor support or provide satisfactory reply. I have waited for 40 days for repair of my vehicle but didn't got approval nor satisfactory update on my claim. Motor workshop returned my vehicle without repair. Not suggest to take insurance from this company. Kindly avoid.
