Worst goverment department ever I have seen. They don't want to work at all only want to time pass & having fun. Don't know the important of time at all.
Its been a year, several times documents resubmitted but every next time on visit to inquiry they respond when the DOC submitted ? could you resubmit the DOC again will forward the document by the end of next month. Even after documents found to be correct they say incomplete documents that's why its rejected kindly resubmit the DOC
2 contact numbers are provided for enquiries. But 1 is coming continuously busy while other is ringing but not attended. Have tried to call multiple times and on different days/time. But same.
I have trying to reach for help but there is no response .There are 2 lines one is continuously busy other one remains unattended. Please fix your problems do not create trouble for public. Looks like they don't even care for public.
They provide phone numbers to call and ask for enquiry but never receive, it's been so many months they are not responding, atleast they should recive the call n solve the query but 1 line is busy and other is unattended....it's really trouble to travel if we stay far...can't really travel again and again for small query,they should understand the emergency of people,rather than avoiding...
