The experience was extremely disappointing. She inadvertently led me to undergo a D&C procedure, and I was shocked when her hospital insisted on cash payment only. It was suspicious that they didn’t accept online payment. She prescribed me high-power medicines during the first trimester, and when I consulted another doctor, she provided a completely different explanation, which I couldn’t believe from such an experienced doctor like Kirti Kaura. Although she performed the surgery and behaved well until I received treatment, I felt that she could have done better in my case. Being an experienced doctor doesn’t guarantee that a patient will receive the same level of care. I strongly advise against recommending her name and clinic to anyone seeking a competent doctor.
I called this doctor and the way they talked was extremely rude. Later I even messaged on WhatsApp, but again no help at all. What’s the point of having such high Google ratings if you can’t even respond or guide a patient? Totally ignored me – very bad attitude and unprofessional behavior.
Mam can be good but the staff is very bad, they send whome they know(pahchan Wale) and you wait until there mood for sending you
Great pleasure to meeting the doctor, was very nice and humble towards the paitients. Staff was also nice and very cooperative.
I took my Sister to Dr. Kaura for some concern based on the reviews that I saw i google. The doctor and the staff are very rude, they do not even listen to what you have to say. They just keep telling what they have to say . I had previously consulted my sister with some other doctor, and I was trying to show the doctor the prescription she previously had taken, but she did on even had a look over it and prescribed her meds , later when she did not get well with the. medicine , the doctor gave her another 7 days course of medicine saying that she doesn't guarantee if it'll heal or no . What is the use then . The doctor and staff are least concerned about your health. She just unnecessarily extended her course of treatment and later referred her to some other doctor.
