Selecting a good day care for our child is a difficult task. I am glad that we have taken a right decision by keeping our son at Happy Heart Day care. Its like a second home for him. Samata madam & her staff took very good care of my son. They educate the children with ZERO SCREEN TIME which the plus point. Very safe & hygiene place.
I had a very disappointing experience at Happy Hearts. This daycare is definitely not suitable for babies. The children are kept on the floor constantly without mats, which is unsafe and unhygienic. My son went through severe trauma here, largely because the caregivers (“didis”) are not trained professionals – they are untrained household helpers. The owner, Samata, is extremely rude and egoistic. She does not take feedback positively and often lies to cover up issues. Many times, when I could hear my son crying while waiting outside, she denied it outright instead of being honest. I strongly urge parents not to send their babies here until they are old enough to speak and express themselves. To clarify – my earlier review was written under pressure from Samata and I deleted it at the time when my son was still enrolled. This one reflects my true and independent experience. It took me a long time to share this, because as parents we tend to trust caregivers easily – but I hope this review helps other parents make a safer choice. Hello Samata, I would like to clarify my stand here. Yes, in the initial months I had given a positive review — like any parent who trusts a daycare would, based on the early impression. However, over time my experience changed drastically. The issues I faced with your staff and with how my child was cared for left him deeply affected. No parent would deliberately write something negative unless they had gone through it themselves. If you are questioning my credibility, I can only say that parents who have been through similar situations will understand the pain of seeing their child suffer. My review is not fake, nor written with bad intentions — it is simply my honest experience, shared so that other parents can make informed choices. Instead of dismissing feedback as “fake” or “personal attack,” I hope you can introspect and work on improving the care and environment for children. Happy Hearts is amazing place. I am associated from last 1 and half year. Homely atmosphere and good care taken by owner Samata. Kids are very comfortable and happy going there All events and activities are very well conducted which helps in childrens social development. in real sense this day care is full of happiness.
