Hi 1Finance Team, I requested a call and joined on time. The assigned person didn’t show up for about 7-10 minutes. A different representative then joined but had no context about me and began a very generic conversation. I asked a few specific questions, but I didn’t receive straightforward answers. I was told I’d be connected with someone from the local office and would receive a call/message to proceed. It’s been over four days and I’ve had no follow-up. Overall, this was a poor first experience—missed appointment, lack of preparation, vague responses, and no promised callback. If you’d like to make this right, please make the experience customer first.
