When our daughter arrived into this world earlier than expected-tiny, fragile and determined, we were scared and overwhelmed. But the way your team stood by us with compassion, expertise and patience (with lots of patience) we knew she was in the safest hands possible. Special shout out to the nurses. We don't know how you manage to be so loving & alert 24/7. You're the real superheroes. To the doctors your calmness made our chaos easier The way you explained things (sometimes twice when our brains weren't functioning) made a huge difference We came in as nervous parents. We are leaving with a heathier baby and a deeper respect for all of you. If our baby could talk; she would probably say *Thanks for keeping me warm, safe and fed better than Mom could have managed." My brother's baby was admitted to Howard Newborn Center, Malad West, and the experience has been truly heartwarming. The doctors' team is extremely amazing professional, caring, and highly experienced. They were always there to guide and support us. The nurses were highly trained and took amazing care of our baby 24x7. We were so relieved to see how attentive and gentle they were at every step.

Doctor team is very helpful. They explain everything in details to parents. All our doubts were cleared. NICU care is good, well equipped. Staff are well trained. Good place for premature babies
