The staff in the front were friendly and warm. The whole vibe was there the moment you walk in. The area is very neat and clean. When I was taken to the back the therapist asked me if I wanted the heater on the bed which I loved!! The massage was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I was new to this establishment. I really appreciated not having sale package pitches done when coming in for my massage. I am a hairstylist and work up the street at Charleston Blvd and Town Center. After my visit, I've already shared and recommend Elements to a couple that I see frequently. Just happened they're interested in doing massages. Who knew. Scheduled online 2/4/2026 a 90 minute massage with the added service of cupping for my son who injured his back. Received a phone call 2/5/2026 from Elements to change the start time and to confirm services requested for 2/6/2026. Cupping service not provided. The explanation given was that there was a miscommunication between staff. My son said that the massage provided by Tyler was good.
I LOVE it when a business exceeds expectations!!! Super great experience... Jay's massage was incredible-deep but I needed it, front desk associate was so friendly and helpful. Love this place!!! I found my massage home!!! ❤️❤️❤️
