As a first-time mom, I felt mentally prepared for every stage—pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum—thanks to her expert support. I joined Rolly Ma'am's prenatal program and it was the best decision ever. Despite the class being both online and offline simultaneously, Rolly Ma'am ensured each student received equal and undivided attention. I used to look forward to her classes despite it being an effort to reach class and engage in excercises that were challenging. Her knowledge wrt to pregnancy and labour is immense and she's always willing to share her knowledge with her students. I was so glad to be under her guidance throughout my journey. Don't think twice before joining her class because there'll be zero regrets later.

I joined prenatal yoga class and now continuing in postnatal classes. Every class is new and full of energy. She is very experienced yoga teacher. Beyond that she is very humble. Every concern is taken care very well. I highly recommend her Yoga class.
