Update on my last review: after I posted my review 2 days ago, this doctor managed to keep a 4.8-star rating by accumulating 6-7 reviews in a single day. There weren’t even 3 patients, yet this clinic manages to deceive people. Don’t be fooled by the rating; there are many doctors a hundred times better than this. My Honest Review. I rarely post reviews, but today I felt a sense of injustice. I called this clinic beforehand to confirm whether they provide prenatal chiropractic treatment, Anoop jain confirmed that they do. However, to my surprise, He doesn't even have a pregnancy chiropractic mattress (the one with space for the belly so pregnant women can lie comfortably). After that, Anoop jain said he could not do much treatment because of pregnancy which makes no sense because prenatal care was the very reason for my visit. The session lasted barely 15 minutes. There was no proper chiropractic adjustment or alignment, and my back pinch remained exactly the same. Initially, Anoop jain charged ₹2500. When I said I didn’t even receive proper alignment, he claimed he had “released the SI joint,” which honestly felt like a joke because nothing significant was done. Then he said, ok give ₹2000. If only pressure with hands was applied, it should have been charged as a basic physiotherapy session, not a chiropractic treatment. My advice to others: I would not recommend visiting this clinic as it does not have proper prenatal facilities or equipment for chiropractic treatment. Before visiting this clinic, please ask clearly about the charges because if clinics don’t hesitate to charge hefty, customers should also not hesitate to ask.
Dr Anoop is best at his work of therapy. The pain at spine has vanished because of his efforts which include use of modern machines and manual exercises. The whole treatment is affordable price. I strongly recommend Dr Anoop for any muscular and ortho therapy, the main reason is he himself does these therapies and gets involved in patient for understanding the pain points and provide exercises too alongwith mechanical treatment as the case requires.
I am writing this so that others do not go through what I experienced. I visited Dr. Anoop Jain at Theracare for arm pain. After an X-ray of my cervical spine, I consulted an orthopedic specialist who clearly prescribed SWD therapy for my shoulder and neck. As a patient without technical medical knowledge, I trusted Dr. Jain to follow the prescribed treatment. I underwent 7 sessions at ₹1500 per session. There was absolutely no improvement. On the final session, I was told there was a “knot in the nerve” which was forcefully manipulated. I was informed the pain would last a few hours. Instead, I experienced severe, excruciating pain for the entire day and night. Concerned by the worsening condition, I consulted another physiotherapist. I then learned that SWD therapy had not been administered at all. Having personally seen the equipment at the clinic, I can confidently state that there was no SWD machine available to perform the prescribed treatment. If a clinic does not have the equipment required for a prescribed therapy, patients deserve to be told upfront. Transparency is a basic expectation in healthcare. Proceeding with alternative treatments without clearly informing the patient is unacceptable. I paid ₹10,500 over 7 sessions and not only saw no improvement but experienced aggravated pain. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the standard of care and communication. I strongly urge others to verify that the prescribed therapy and required equipment are actually available before beginning treatment here
I visited them for a temporary pain, and they spotted one of my oldest nerve compression that i was living with, Almost forgotten about it. But thanks to Dr. Anoop and Dr. Surbhi, I am literally living a pain free life. My body feels so light and happy because of them.. truly truly recommend guys. I came to the clinic after suffering from chronic foot and calf pain. Dr. Anoop diagnosed the issue as Plantar Fasciitis and explained to me in detail the cause and treatment plan.
