I started my journey with Pooja and Nupur when I got a positive pregnancy result last year. Since that day and until today (almost 3 weeks since I delivered), they have been my support system. They have guided me through my entire journey, educated my husband and me with what to expect, how to navigate through various phases/trimesters/situations, how best to take care of myself prepartum and prepare for a healthy baby post-partum. We enrolled with Nourish 1000 days in the second trimester and were extremely happy with the kind of support and knowledge that was extended to us.
