Great quality & smooth holiday rental, fully recommend! We rented the Eat, Sleep, Play package from Dan for a family visit of a month. The equipment was of great quality, Dan even included some additional toys and books for our little one to keep entertained. The delivery of the equipment was very smooth. Dan took the time to help us set up the bed and chair, so that we could immediately use our equipment upon arrival. Throughout this all, the communication was quick and friendly, with Dan being available for any questions we had. We even placed a second order for a travel crib for a short get-away, again smooth process and great comfort for us at the new location. We didn't have to worry about any of this and could fully enjoy our travels! Thanks so much again, both! I would definitely order with Dan & Jacque again for our next family visit and can totally recommend the equipment and services to anyone staying in the area!
Dan reached out personally by email moments after I made my rental purchase. He coordinated drop-off/pick-up times with me in real-time via text and email. Equipment was accurate and clean. He even provided clean sheets to go over the pack-n-play mattress! We are from the East coast and it was our first trip with our 20-month old to the Bay Area. We were worried about lugging all the "stuff" around but renting with Dan made everything quite easy and worry-free. Highly recommend!!
Fast responses with great customer service We had visiting family staying with us for 3 days, Dan and Jacque were very helpful and patient in getting us set up with car seat, toys and the Keep It Exciting Toy Bin. Later we realized we would need bath toys too but it was only a day before. They were able to help us by adding the bath toys on short notice. The visiting baby really like the toys selected and had fun with bath toys. Dan was very fast and clear in his communications with us. He was very thorough on our order. We especially liked the photos of the 3 "toy bins" we ordered, it was very helpful in gathering up everything to return. We highly recommend Dan and Jacque for their excellent customer service.. The UPPAbaby stroller was exactly what we needed for our visit to San Francisco with our toddler. Dan was responsive, answered all our questions, and was very accommodating of our schedule, which was super helpful. We really appreciated all his help!
