Stay away from scam of a hospital. I had to bring in my son due to emergency distress. Dr Aiswariya didn’t even bother asking the child’s age before treating him. While trying to read his blood saturation she was restraining him as though he’s an adult. As a pediatric clinic or doctor or whatever joke that place is, they have the least empathy for treating a child. At the end she just sent us away to the nearest big hospital and had the audacity to charge us 1300 rupees for hardly seeing him for 15mins. I could have written the exact same consultation sheet without a medical degree. FYI it was the same things I told her. Response to your comment- my child wasn’t given nebulosation nor did your doctor try to stabilize my child. She was busy writing a bill. Scam isn’t a big word - pick up a dictionary while you train your staff on empathy and professionalism.
My kid is now ten but since the time my kid was a tiny-tot, we have been visiting Dr Atish for every need and guidance. He is the best pediatrician I have known, always giving the minimum required medicines along with loads of assurance and courage to the parents. Also he is always available for any advise on call as well, which helped us so many times. My heartfelt gratitude to Doctor Atish for his support and guidance all through these years, which helped us in this journey of parenthood. Thank you.
I’m from the states, and my toddler got very sick while on vacation in India. I tried looking for the best possible hospital and it seemed like this was the perfect place to go. I don’t even remember what time we went but it was very late at night. My first impression was is this even a hospital. When I got in the building the receptionist was rude, it was extremely hot in the office, and the Dr wasn’t even there. We had to wait for the Dr about 15 minutes. The Dr. was okay, my daughter still got seen and checked out but I got really frustrated when I was referred to Surya. I was told that Cuddles is a NICU hospital and specializes in treating babies up to 28 days. Luckily this wasn’t a life or death situation otherwise I would’ve gone mad. If you have an emergency don’t even waste your time coming here, you’re going to waste your money and you’re not going to have a real solution.
Worst hospital, worst service , worst doctors After the condition of baby is normal they are not discharging the baby just to charge money. I thought hospitals are for service but this is business what they are doing .They just charged heavily. It is showing on government website that gst is applicable on medical bills and bill above 5000 per day but they don't provide gst bills.I have talked to Dr anjum deshmukh and put the call on recording but he cuts the call.He is not giving in written that gst is not applicable for hospitals. My recommendation not to come in cuddles and care go for other option. Genuine review.
