Emma is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist. She knows exactly how to care for pregnant and postpartum bodies and I'm so glad to be able to be her client! PS - Yes, the pregnancy massages are on your side. I had been looking for a face-down massage but Emma and other experts helped me understand how that can actually be harmful to the pregnant body. The side massages are very comfortable and have great pressure! I'm so glad to still have the side-lying option as my postpartum chest cannot handle being face-down
