Working with Zeal wellness has honestly been a life-changing experience! I’ve lost 7 kg in 5 months — all in a healthy, sustainable way — without giving up the foods I love. The plans were built around my regular Indian meals, easy to follow even on busy hospital days, and always had great variety so I never got bored. I rarely felt hungry because the focus was on balanced, satisfying meals. And on days when I craved something extra, my dietician would tweak the plan instead of asking me to just control. It never felt like a crash diet — just simple, thoughtful changes that fit perfectly with my work, family time, and social outings. Now I feel lighter, more energetic, and productive throughout the day. Beyond losing weight, I’ve built a healthy relationship with food — it finally feels like a positive part of my lifestyle. This journey has truly been about progress, not restriction, and that’s what makes it so easy to maintain long term.

Working with Zeal wellness was an excellent experience. I came all confused with my test results and dint know how to plan my diet based on my condition. However, the dieticians here understood me well and planned a diet around my work and normal routine which makes it easier. The plan was very practical, logical and I have shown some good progress in just few weeks without starving. I realised it's just the correct choices and timings that matter. I feel more responsible for the choices i make now and it wouldn't have been possible without their efficient guidance. So thank you Zeal wellness, it has been a great experience and looking forward to many more.

My experience with Sakina Bein Patrawala was one of self discovery and understanding myself better . The diet she planned was always keeping in mind my food preferences, my body type and my lifestyle ie my sleep pattern and movement thruout the day. It gave me an understanding of wht suits me and wht dosent work for me and how I can creatively bring together ingredients to accelerate my protein intake in every meal. It was a wonderful and engaging session on Nutrition and Health for our Grade 7 learners. Mrs. Sakina conducted the session beautifully and kept the students attentive throughout. The interaction level was excellent, and the learners especially enjoyed the KBC-style quiz, which made learning fun and meaningful. Truly an informative and well-planned session!
