My 14-year-old child (57 kg) was prescribed Augmentin Duo 625 mg twice a day by Dr.Aditi Birje. Soon after starting the medicine, my child developed severe red, swollen rashes on the face and upper body. It was very frightening for us. After consulting another pediatric doctor, we were told that this dose is quite high for many children and could trigger strong allergic reactions. We were also not informed about possible side effects or what warning signs to watch for. This experience caused a lot of stress, and I feel the doctor should be more careful with antibiotic dosing in kids and explain the risks more clearly. Sharing this so other parents stay alert and double-check medication doses.

We had come here to treat our daughter Myra. She is a very thorough doctor, will give each patient eniugh time and never rush. She will explain u things in detail as to which medicine is to treat what. And the best part, the doctor herself would follow up on baby's health on whatsapp. No other doctor does this.
