I'm thoroughly impressed with Dr. Neelam - she's an exceptional doctor with a warm and calm demeanor. I had numerous questions, and she addressed each one patiently and expertly, showcasing her extensive experience. After visiting several gynecologists, I finally found a doctor who truly listens and cares. The hospital staff are prompt, courteous, and always available to assist. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. I highly recommend Dr. Neelam and this hospital - you've found a gem!
Overall nice atmosphere in the hospital. Dr Neelam Bhise resolved our all doubts regarding our case. She explains very nicely and the support staff is also nice. They all are of helping nature and they care for every patient with same manner.

The clinic service is pathetic! They never share full detailed reports. And when you ask for one, they take forever to provide. They could have done 2 scans in one cycle, but they wasted 2 cycles for this - two months wasted + money wasted too. There's a Dr. Deepika, she is the most horrible dr - despite telling her multiple times about a condition and pain, she never listened, and put me through excruciating pain - and when I almost fainted out of pain - her words were "arre bapre, itna pain hota hai!!" I haven't still recovered from the mental trauma of getting any procedure done for IVF. Go to this clinic only if you do not want any reports of tests done on your own body, when you have too much time to run around and when you are willing to go through enormous amounts of pain!
