"HIGHLY INSENSITIVE STAFF" – TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE AT #JJ_HOSPITAL THAT TOO IN #GYNAECOLOGIST CASE [ PLEASE READ 🙏] Me and my girlfriend visited this hospital on the reference of our friend, who is a student of the same medical college. Our friend was not available at that moment to provide personalised treatment or check-up, so we decided to go ahead with the available staff. Our concern was that I had ejaculated inside her by mistake, and since it was close to her ovulation days, we wanted to get it checked by a gynaecologist. But the staff there—even the doctor—did not treat her well. She told me that they made her feel like she had committed a crime. One of the nurses even said, ‘I don’t know what to do in this; this type of situation has never occurred to me.’ They were not cooperating with her at all. The entire experience felt more like an interrogation. She had to explain the situation to three different nurses, and they still did nothing. Instead, they scolded her and embarrassed her. For 3 hours, they made her wait and even forced a pregnancy test, despite us clearly informing them that the incident had happened just 2 hours before. I genuinely pray that their children never have to go through the kind of treatment my girlfriend faced yesterday. I THINK GOVERNMENT IS PAYING VERY HIGH TO THEM THAT THEY WILL ALSO CHOOSE TO VISIT A PRIVATE COUNCILOR

yesterday 10/11/25 I had yellow fever vaccination at this centre, I salute the staff and arrangements it was 100% perfect from registeration to issue of vaccination certificate. Started exact at 9 am and all patient about 25 of us were completed by 11 am. Spectial thanks to Lady Doctor doing registeration process she was perfect along with full staff and Doctors. I reccomend to go to this centre for Vaccination. you must reach by 8 am and it will be easily done. Must have breakfast before reaching. Entry gate number 6 for opd and lift is available if required to go to 2 nd floor vaccination in room number 37. Tocken will be given at batches of 10 and only 40 per day vaccination is done, but yesterday by the time we left only 25 patients were there. Congratulations to staff and Dean to change our mindset of Government Hospital services.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

I was here to take the vaccine in June 2025. A simple 30 minute exercise was extended to 5 hours by the bureaucracy . Before you start off for the vaccine please carry your passport , Aadhar card and Rs. 320 in cash . All those above 60 years need to carry a fitness certificate from this family physician. You need to enter the hospital through Gate 6 and go to the Second floor OPD 37 . The timings are from 930 am to 1230 pm (Mon to Fri) , however please note only 40 doses are given hence reaching earlier is advised. They start giving tokens at 9 am . You collect the token and go to Counter 11 on the ground floor and wait in queue to get the case paper. You are required to provide your Aadhar card here and pay 20 Rs for the case paper. You then go back to the second floor with the case paper and token and are provided a consent form which you need to fill out. Your passport will be collected and you will have to pay 300 Rs., you will be administered the dose and will have to wait for about 30 minutes while they will get the certificate ready. The certificate is a yellow card with your details and passport number written . Please carry a water bottle and also have a breakfast before you set out to get vaccinated. The staff is helpful but the government process is too time consuming and painful. Thankfully you need to take this vaccine only once in your lifetime.

This is hands down one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever seen in my life. The hygiene is beyond pathetic cockroaches crawling around, garbage piling up, dust and dirt everywhere. The bathrooms are completely unusable, like something out of a nightmare. It’s honestly shocking that a government hospital of this scale has no basic cleanliness or maintenance whatsoever. We had a bilateral amputation done here, and every single time we were made to wait 3–4 hours outside the OT on a hard, unsupported metal stretcher with zero comfort or ETA. A 7:30 am operation took place at 2pm. Zero accountability. The staff? Absolutely clueless. A 12-year-old could probably handle things more efficiently. Half of them don’t even know what’s happening, and the other half don’t care. Senior doctors are never around the patients are just left at the mercy of overworked juniors who barely communicate or check on you unless you do. The general ward looks and smells worse than a slum, and the level of neglect is horrifying. It's just a government office where they will make you run all over the campus and don't even get me started on the blame games. If this is what public healthcare looks like, it’s a national embarrassment. JJ Hospital desperately needs an overhaul in hygiene, management, accountability, and basic humanity.

Very disappointing experience at JJ Hospital. I went with my father who was in a very critical condition, but there was no space available in the ICU. The staff did not seem well-prepared to handle emergencies, and it was heartbreaking to see patients struggling due to lack of facilities. Hospitals should prioritize patient care and make proper arrangements for critical cases. I truly hope they improve their ICU management and infrastructure — no family should have to go through this in such difficult times.
