I had lot of gastric issues and muscle pain. I came across ayushakti Ghatkopar and under the guidance of Dr Tushar who is extremely talented and supportive I started my therapy. I was given various treatment and my therapists Deepali,Sakshi,pushpa and suvrana were incredible and I was impressed with their expertise. They carefully assessed my areas of tension and focused on my tight shoulders and upper back with precise pressure, providing significant relief. The massage room was calm and inviting, and all my therapists were very attentive to my needs throughout the session. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional and effective ayurvedic treatment.
Had an amazing Shirodhara full body massage at Ayushakti Centre. The therapists were professional, and the treatment was deeply relaxing. The warm oil stream during Shirodhara was incredibly calming—I felt refreshed, peaceful, and totally stress-free afterward. Highly recommended for anyone needing deep relaxation.
